- 250g peeled raw shrimp

- 1 tsp lime zest
Corn Dog Batter:
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup coconut milk
Oil for frying & skewers
š„ Instructions:
- Blend shrimp, fish sauce, garlic, and lemongrass into a paste. Mold onto skewers.
- Chill to firm up.
- Make batter. Dip skewered shrimp into batter and deep-fry until golden.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce or spicy mayo.
