🍴 Ingredients:

Risotto Base:

  • 1 cup arborio rice
  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken or veggie broth (warm)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 3–4 cloves black garlic, mashed into a paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp rice vinegar

Toppings:

  • Soft-boiled egg
  • Shredded nori
  • Scallions
  • Toasted sesame seeds

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Sauté onions in butter + sesame oil until soft.
  2. Add rice, toast for 1 min.
  3. Stir in broth ½ cup at a time, adding more as it’s absorbed.
  4. When rice is nearly cooked, stir in black garlic paste, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  5. Serve with halved egg, scallions, nori, sesame seeds.
