🍴 Ingredients:

Shrimp Filling:

Corn Dog Batter:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • Âľ cup coconut milk

Oil for frying & skewers

  1. Blend shrimp, fish sauce, garlic, and lemongrass into a paste. Mold onto skewers.
  2. Chill to firm up.
  3. Make batter. Dip skewered shrimp into batter and deep-fry until golden.
  4. Serve with sweet chili sauce or spicy mayo.
