🍴 Ingredients:
Ice Cream Base:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ÂĽ cup sugar
- 80g blue cheese (Gorgonzola or Roquefort), crumbled
Pear Compote:
- 2 ripe pears, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp thyme
- Splash of white wine or water
Walnut Crumble:
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
🥄 Instructions:
- Heat milk, cream, and sugar until steaming. Add blue cheese, stir until melted. Chill, then churn in an ice cream maker.
- Simmer pears with honey and thyme until soft and syrupy.
- Toast walnuts in butter and brown sugar.
- Scoop ice cream with compote and crumble on top.
