Filling:

  • 1 cup roasted pumpkin (or canned)
  • ÂĽ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt, pepper, pinch of nutmeg

Wrappers:

  • Store-bought gyoza wrappers (or homemade if preferred)

Dip:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4–5 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Squeeze of lemon juice

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Mix all filling ingredients until smooth but firm.
  2. Spoon into gyoza wrappers, fold and seal with water.
  3. Pan-fry until golden on one side, then steam with ¼ cup water, covered, until done (5–6 minutes).
  4. For the dip, melt butter and fry sage until crisp. Stir in soy and lemon juice.
  5. Serve dumplings hot with warm sage butter dip.
