đź§ľ Ingredients:
Filling:
- 1 cup roasted pumpkin (or canned)
- ÂĽ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt, pepper, pinch of nutmeg
Wrappers:
- Store-bought gyoza wrappers (or homemade if preferred)
Dip:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4–5 fresh sage leaves
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Squeeze of lemon juice
🥄 Instructions:
- Mix all filling ingredients until smooth but firm.
- Spoon into gyoza wrappers, fold and seal with water.
- Pan-fry until golden on one side, then steam with ¼ cup water, covered, until done (5–6 minutes).
- For the dip, melt butter and fry sage until crisp. Stir in soy and lemon juice.
- Serve dumplings hot with warm sage butter dip.
