š“ Ingredients:
Risotto Base:
- 1 cup arborio rice
- 3 cups low-sodium chicken or veggie broth (warm)

- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 3ā4 cloves black garlic, mashed into a paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp rice vinegar
Toppings:
- Soft-boiled egg
- Shredded nori
- Scallions
- Toasted sesame seeds

- SautƩ onions in butter + sesame oil until soft.
- Add rice, toast for 1 min.
- Stir in broth ½ cup at a time, adding more as it’s absorbed.
- When rice is nearly cooked, stir in black garlic paste, soy sauce, and vinegar.
- Serve with halved egg, scallions, nori, sesame seeds.
