Ingredients:

  • Sponge cake – 1, plain (or make from scratch)
  • Evaporated milk – 1/2 cup
  • Sweetened condensed milk – 1/2 cup
  • Whole milk – 1/2 cup
  • Chai spices – cinnamon, cardamom, cloves
  • Saffron – a few strands
