Ingredients:
- Sponge cake – 1, plain (or make from scratch)
- Evaporated milk – 1/2 cup
- Sweetened condensed milk – 1/2 cup
- Whole milk – 1/2 cup
- Chai spices – cinnamon, cardamom, cloves
- Saffron – a few strands
- Whipped cream – for topping
- Pistachios – crushed, to garnish
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
- Warm the three milks with saffron and chai spices. Let steep, then strain.
- Poke holes in sponge cake and pour spiced milk over it gradually.
- Chill for 4+ hours. Top with whipped cream and pistachios before serving.
