Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 cup crushed rice crackers or salted saltines
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp wasabi powder
Cheesecake:
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Miso Caramel:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 tbsp white miso
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix crust ingredients, press into tin.
- Blend cheesecake filling, pour into crust. Bake 40–50 mins. Chill.
- Make caramel: melt sugar + water, add cream, stir in miso.
- Drizzle miso caramel on cooled cheesecake.
