Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 cup crushed rice crackers or salted saltines
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp wasabi powder

Cheesecake:

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Miso Caramel:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp white miso

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix crust ingredients, press into tin.
  2. Blend cheesecake filling, pour into crust. Bake 40–50 mins. Chill.
  3. Make caramel: melt sugar + water, add cream, stir in miso.
  4. Drizzle miso caramel on cooled cheesecake.
