Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mashed cooked purple sweet potato
  • 1 tsp dried lavender
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Water as needed

Garnish:

  • Crystallized sage leaves (sage brushed with egg white & sugar, dried)
  • Flaky salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, sweet potato, yeast, lavender, salt, olive oil into a sticky dough. Add water if needed.
  2. Let rise for 1 hour, spread into oiled pan.
  3. Proof again 30 mins, press in dimples, top with crystallized sage.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 mins. Sprinkle flaky salt.
