Ingredients:
- Sushi rice (cooked and seasoned)
- Fresh tuna or salmon sashimi slices
- Avocado slices
- Cucumber strips
- Nori sheets
- Soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger
- Black sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Mold cooked sushi rice into burger “buns” using wet hands or a mold.
- Lightly sear the rice buns on a pan (optional).
- Layer fish, avocado, and cucumber between two rice buns.
- Wrap a nori sheet strip around the “burger” to hold it together.
- Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger on the side.

❌ Cons:
- Rice buns can fall apart easily.
