Ingredients:

  • Sushi rice (cooked and seasoned)
  • Fresh tuna or salmon sashimi slices
  • Avocado slices
  • Cucumber strips
  • Nori sheets
  • Soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger
  • Black sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Mold cooked sushi rice into burger “buns” using wet hands or a mold.
  2. Lightly sear the rice buns on a pan (optional).
  3. Layer fish, avocado, and cucumber between two rice buns.
  4. Wrap a nori sheet strip around the “burger” to hold it together.
  5. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger on the side.

  • Rice buns can fall apart easily.
