Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rigatoni or penne (al dente & cooled)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Oil for frying
- For Dip:
- 1/2 cup marinara or crushed tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- Chili flakes, olive oil, salt
Instructions:
- Toss cooked pasta with Parmesan and garlic powder.
- Heat oil and deep-fry pasta until crispy and golden.
- For the dip: Sauté garlic, add tomatoes, chili flakes, and simmer.
- Serve hot pasta fries with spicy dip on the side.
