Ingredients:

    • 1 clove garlic
    • Chili flakes, olive oil, salt

Instructions:

  1. Toss cooked pasta with Parmesan and garlic powder.
  2. Heat oil and deep-fry pasta until crispy and golden.
  3. For the dip: Sauté garlic, add tomatoes, chili flakes, and simmer.
  4. Serve hot pasta fries with spicy dip on the side.
