Ingredients:

  • 1 pack plain ramen noodles (no seasoning)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp pasta/ramen water

Instructions:

  1. Cook ramen, reserve a little water, then drain.
  2. In a pan, melt butter, add cracked pepper, and toast for 30 seconds.
  3. Add noodles and reserved water, then slowly mix in cheese until creamy.
  4. Stir fast to avoid clumps—serve immediately with extra cheese on top.

✅ Pros:

  • Super quick (under 10 minutes!)
  • Minimal ingredients with BIG flavor
  • Unexpected and surprisingly addictive

❌ Cons:

  • Must use real Pecorino or good Parm for that real flavor
  • Sauce can clump if heat is too high
