Ingredients:
- 1 pack plain ramen noodles (no seasoning)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan
- 2 tbsp pasta/ramen water
Instructions:
- Cook ramen, reserve a little water, then drain.
- In a pan, melt butter, add cracked pepper, and toast for 30 seconds.
- Add noodles and reserved water, then slowly mix in cheese until creamy.
- Stir fast to avoid clumps—serve immediately with extra cheese on top.
✅ Pros:
- Super quick (under 10 minutes!)
- Minimal ingredients with BIG flavor
- Unexpected and surprisingly addictive
❌ Cons:
- Must use real Pecorino or good Parm for that real flavor
- Sauce can clump if heat is too high
