For the Filling:
- 1 block paneer (cubed)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 onion (sliced)
- ½ bell pepper (sliced)
- Salt to taste
For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp mint chutney or cilantro chutney
- Pinch of salt
To Assemble:
- 2 parathas or tortillas
- Pickled onions (optional)
- Lettuce or spinach
🔥 Instructions:
- Sauté paneer with spices and veggies until golden and soft.
- Mix yogurt with chutney for a tangy sauce.
- Warm parathas, spread sauce, fill with paneer mixture, wrap tight!

- Portable — great lunch or picnic food
- Customizable — swap paneer for tofu/chicken/etc.

- Paneer isn’t always available outside Indian stores
