For the Filling:

  • 1 block paneer (cubed)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • ½ bell pepper (sliced)
  • Salt to taste

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp mint chutney or cilantro chutney
  • Pinch of salt

To Assemble:

  • 2 parathas or tortillas
  • Pickled onions (optional)
  • Lettuce or spinach

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Sauté paneer with spices and veggies until golden and soft.
  2. Mix yogurt with chutney for a tangy sauce.
  3. Warm parathas, spread sauce, fill with paneer mixture, wrap tight!

❌ Cons:

  • Paneer isn’t always available outside Indian stores
