Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Blend mango, yogurt, coconut milk, honey, turmeric, cardamom, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Run the molds under warm water to release the popsicles before serving.
Pros & Cons:

❌ Cons: Needs freezing time, turmeric may stain hands and containers.
