Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Blend mango, yogurt, coconut milk, honey, turmeric, cardamom, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Run the molds under warm water to release the popsicles before serving.

Pros & Cons:

Pros: Dairy-free option available, packed with antioxidants and probiotics, vibrant and refreshing.
Cons: Needs freezing time, turmeric may stain hands and containers.
